MagicalAgent planning notes

Your first Disney World itinerary: what to decide first

You don't need to know every ride or restaurant to start planning. A useful first itinerary answers three questions: how long will you stay, what matters most, and where will you take a break?

Count full days, not just hotel nights

A five-night stay gives you six calendar days, but arrival and departure may leave little time for parks. Start by setting those travel days aside. Then decide whether the remaining days should all be park days or whether you want a whole day for the hotel pool.

Choose parks before filling the calendar

Make a short list of the parks your group actually wants to visit. In MagicalAgent, selected parks shape the daily outline. If there are more parks than full days, the plan flags that choice instead of pretending everything fits. You can add nights or choose which park to leave for another visit.

Choose your hotel for the journeys you'll make

Pop Century and Caribbean Beach offer Skyliner transportation to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Wilderness Lodge offers boat transportation to Magic Kingdom. These are reasons to compare them, not guarantees of a faster trip at every hour. Check route operations, room locations and refurbishment notices for your dates.

Leave the live decisions for later

This planner does not search current wait times, park hours or Lightning Lane availability. It gives you an editable daily outline and stay comparisons. The team will verify the operational details before turning that outline into booking recommendations.
